Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer known for its versatility, chemical resistance, durability, and relatively low cost. It's used in a wide range of applications, including packaging, textiles, automotive parts, and more. In the context of a non-slip gasket, PP could be used as the main material for creating the gasket due to its desirable properties. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained.The surface finish of the cavity is VDI24, the product has no flash, no defect, and the size is very stable. 

Creating such a mold involves engineering considerations, design expertise, and precision to ensure that the resulting gaskets meet the desired non-slip characteristics and other performance requirements. The mold would be tailored to the specific dimensions, shape, and texture of the non-slip gasket, incorporating features that provide grip and prevent slippage in its intended application.
