Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) is a versatile thermoplastic polymer known for its durability, chemical resistance, and cost-effectiveness. It is widely used in the production of pipes due to its ability to handle a variety of fluids and withstand different environmental conditions. The mold is made of high quality mold insert steel S136 and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52, the life of the mold can exceed 500,000 shots or more when the mold is well maintained. The surface finish of the cavity is B2, the product has no flash, no defect, and the size is very stable. 
The PVC pipe mold is a carefully designed tool or form made from materials such as steel, aluminum, or other suitable materials. It is crafted to create the desired dimensions and characteristics of the PVC pipe.
