BMC Mould customization

1. Material selection: BMC is a thermosetting plastic with excellent mechanical properties, electrical properties and heat resistance. When selecting BMC materials, the use environment and performance requirements of the product need to be considered to ensure the quality and stability of the final product.

2. Mold design: Carry out mold design according to the shape, size and functional requirements of the product. Mold design needs to take into account factors such as product shrinkage, demoulding slope, parting surface, etc. to ensure smooth demoulding and molding accuracy of the product.

3. mold making: Mold manufacturing is carried out according to the designed mold drawings. Mold making requires high-precision processing equipment and professional technicians to ensure the accuracy and durability of the mold.

BMC injection molding production

1. Pretreatment: Mix the BMC material evenly according to a certain proportion and perform preheating treatment to improve the fluidity and molding performance of the material.

2. Injection molding: Put the pre-treated BMC material into the injection molding machine, and inject the material into the mold through heating and pressure. During the injection molding process, parameters such as injection speed, pressure, and temperature need to be controlled to ensure the molding quality and dimensional accuracy of the product.

3. Post-processing: After the product is cooled and solidified, demoulding and subsequent processing are carried out. This may include processes such as trimming, sanding, and painting to improve the product's appearance, quality, and performance.
