This product is an Inside unscrewing mould used to design and manufacture internally threaded parts. Its complex and delicate processing technology ensures that the mold can accurately present thread contours and dimensions to meet the manufacturing needs of high-quality products. Achieving the precise geometry of the threads is a critical challenge during the injection mould creation process, and we use advanced technology and processes to ensure this.

In order to improve the efficiency of injection molding production, the 1*2 cavity option was adopted in this mold design. This design can produce two parts simultaneously in one injection molding process, significantly improving production efficiency.

The plastic molds surface is textured to achieve a refined appearance. At the same time, this texture also meets customers' requirements for part accuracy and aesthetics, improving the overall quality of the product.

The core components of the plastic injection mold are made of high-quality mold insert steel H13, and the hardness of the steel reaches HRC48-52. This high-hardness steel can effectively resist wear and deformation during the injection molding process, thereby extending the service life of the mold. When the mold is well maintained, its lifespan can exceed 500,000 times or more.

In order to optimize the injection molding process, the mold adopts a hot runner tip gate design. This design helps achieve uniform material flow and ensures that the threaded portion receives sufficient injection pressure, thereby improving thread quality and uniformity.
